People have come to me for help after significant setbacks like Bell’s Palsy and childhood Polio, who want to run for the first time in their life since they were nine years old. I have also helped people achieve their goals after major surgeries like hip and knee replacements or shoulder dislocations. And since I have had a spinal injury myself, I understand the complexities of it. Therefore, I help people gain a more active life from their surgery, even better than before.

Weight Management Training

I provide weight management training for people who want to lose weight the right way. After approval from an experienced nutritionist, I prepare a list of smart food choices for my clients for home and on-the-go eating options. The diet is coupled with exercises to speed up their metabolism they can’t lose.

Fitness for Kids

As a personal trainer who caters to all age groups, I also provide training for parents who have had a child who is already active but needs that extra push. I help parents understand how to make smart food choices for their kids, so they don’t get out of shape and hamper their performance in their sport.

As a certified personal trainer, I provide training for any athlete who wants to level up their game in the gym, sports or in life. Including getting ready for their first marathon, train for a triathalon or any other sporting event you can think of.
